Graphic designer

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Creating high-quality static visual materials such as brochures, flyers, reports, and presentations to effectively communicate key messages.

  • Ensuring all visual content aligns with Qatar Charity’s brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all platforms.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to support the development and execution of media and marketing campaigns by providing engaging and on-brand visual assets.

 

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.

  • Certification or training in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is an added advantage.

💻 Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

  • Experience with presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Google Slides.

  • Familiarity with print production and digital design standards.

  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus.

🎨 Design Expertise

  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.

  • Ability to create visually engaging designs for both print and digital formats.

  • Skilled in adapting designs to different target audiences and platforms.

🧠 Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.

  • Good time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to accept and apply feedback constructively.

🌐 Other Requirements

  • Familiarity with brand guidelines and maintaining brand consistency.

  • Understanding of cultural sensitivity, especially when designing for diverse audiences.

  • Previous NGO or non-profit experience is a plus but not required.
