The Test Lead is responsible for overseeing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, including analyzing requirements for testability, ensuring test coverage, and coordinating with business units for approvals. Key tasks include setting up and verifying test environments, preparing test data, and designing test cases and procedures. The role also involves managing UAT execution, monitoring test results, conducting defect meetings, and escalating risks/issues as needed. Additionally, the Test Lead is responsible for using appropriate tools for reporting, automating tests to improve efficiency, and evaluating non-functional aspects like performance and security. The position also involves ensuring proper defect management and configuration control throughout the testing cycle.

Education and Experience |
Degree or equivalent experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
Years of experience: 5+ years’ experience in the IT Field including 3+ years of experience in software testing in banking domain and digital transformation.
Specialized training in: Software Testing ( ISTQB) |
