ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking an experienced Call Center Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. As a pivotal member of our management team, you will oversee the daily operations of our call center, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery. Your leadership will drive team performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of our service operations.

  • Manage and lead a team of call center agents to achieve performance targets and service levels.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor call center metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve call center operations.

Required Profile

We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in call center management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a customer-focused mindset.

  • Professional experience in call centre operations management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.

  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • 15 years in call centre business Management is REQUIRED
