Job Description

ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Financial Data Entry professional to join our dynamic finance team in Qatar. This full-time, permanent position is ideal for professionals and job starters who are eager to contribute to our financial operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, supporting the finance department with various data entry tasks.

  • Accurately enter financial data into the company's database and accounting software.
  • Verify and reconcile financial records to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for audit purposes.
  • Collaborate with other finance team members to improve data management processes.
  • Respond to data inquiries and provide support to internal departments as needed.

Required Profile

We are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented and possess a strong aptitude for numbers. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Professional experience in financial data entry or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
