As a Call Center Trainer, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing the skills of our call centre staff. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver comprehensive training programs that align with our service standards and business objectives. You will work closely with team leaders and managers to ensure that our staff is equipped with the necessary skills to provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires and existing staff.
- Conduct training sessions on customer service skills, product knowledge, and call handling techniques.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.
- Monitor and assess the performance of trainees and provide feedback for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into training materials.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities.
