ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking a dedicated Call Center Workforce professional to join our team in Qatar. As a key member of our workforce management team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing call center operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help us manage resources effectively, forecast call volumes, and schedule staff to meet service level agreements.

  • Analyze call center data to forecast call volumes and staffing needs.
  • Develop and implement workforce management strategies to optimize efficiency.
  • Monitor real-time call center performance and adjust staffing as needed.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Prepare and present reports on workforce performance and productivity.
  • Identify and address potential issues in workforce management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required Profile

We are looking for professionals and job starters with a keen eye for detail and a passion for workforce management. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Professional experience in workforce management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in workforce management software and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Must have 10 years' experience in call center business.
