- Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
- Responding to user inquiries related to the Unified Government Procurement Portal.
- Proficient in using Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Providing immediate support to government employees and users.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in coordination with technical teams.
- Updating and preparing user manuals and help guides.
- Providing weekly reports to management on issues and resolutions.
- Enhancing the portal's performance based on user feedback.
- Managing tickets and common questions using a ticketing system.
- Ability to deliver training workshops to enhance users’ skills in using the system.
- Document and track customer issues using our ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex technical problems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of computer systems and applications.
- Conduct training sessions for clients and internal staff on new technologies and software.
