Join ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar as a Technical Oracle SCM Support professional, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Oracle Supply Chain Management systems. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving complex issues to enhance the efficiency and reliability of our IT services. Your responsibility will be to ensure seamless technical support and customer satisfaction and maintaining system performance and supporting our business operations.
- Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Provide first-level technical and functional support to users on Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, iProcurement, Sourcing, iSupplier, Cost Management, Pricing, Contracts, LCM).
- Proficient in using Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Provide technical support to government employees using Unified Procurement Portals and internal systems.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in coordination with technical teams.
- Support and maintain ERP configurations, business processes, and post-implementation enhancements.
- Manage help desk operations, resolve technical issues, and maintain service level agreements (SLAs).
- Enhancing the portal's performance based on user feedback.
- Document and track customer issues using our ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex technical problems.
- Prepare weekly issue reports and feedback summaries to management for system improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of computer systems and applications.
- Support additional IT areas including Adobe Acrobat Pro usage, MS Office tools, and internal ticketing systems.
- Deliver user training sessions and onboarding workshops for ERP, Oracle SCM functionalities and portal tools.
- Conduct training sessions for clients and internal staff on new technologies and software.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime.
