Business Improvement Analyst

Job Description

A.Workflow Coordination and Calendar Support:
1.    Assisting in organizing and optimizing day-to-day workflows for improved team coordination.
2.    Providing support in managing calendars and schedules to ensure smooth operations.
B.Communication Assistance:
1.    Supporting communication efforts by handling emails, phone calls, and written correspondence.
2.    Collaborating with team members to enhance internal and external communication channels.
C.Meeting Assistance and Follow-Up:
1.    Assisting in the coordination of meetings, including preparing materials and tracking action items.
2.    Following up on action items to ensure timely completion and smooth workflow.
D.Travel Logistics Support:
1.    Providing support in making travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.
2.    Assisting with necessary documentation and ensuring a seamless travel experience.
E.Access Management and Basic Security Measures:
1.    Assisting in managing access to designated areas and supporting basic security protocols.
2.    Contributing to maintaining a secure and organized work environment.
F.Administrative Process Support:
1.    Supporting the enhancement of administrative processes to improve overall efficiency.
2.    Collaborating with team members to ensure streamlined and effective day-to-day operations.
 
These responsibilities collectively help maintain an efficient and secure environment within the Executive Director's office and allowing them to focus on their leadership and management responsibilities.

 

Qualification

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
•    Strong organizational skills for managing complex workflows and schedules.
•    Proficiency in communication tools (e.g., email systems, office communication platforms) and the ability to manage correspondence effectively.
•    Excellent meeting coordination capabilities, including preparing materials and tracking action items.
•    Competence in travel logistics, including international bookings and documentation.
•    Experience with process documentation and efficiency improvement.
•    Competence in using office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, calendar             management tools).
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across teams.
•    Proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
•    Problem-solving mindset to assist in process enhancements.
•    Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
