ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking an experienced Facilities Cleaning Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Qatar. This is a full-time, permanent position within the service industry, offering a unique opportunity to lead and manage a team of cleaning professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in facilities management and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Lead and supervise, train, and evaluate the team of cleaning staff to ensure all facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee daily environmental services operations, including waste management, recycling, and sanitation.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Coordinate with other departments to address and resolve any cleaning-related issues promptly.
- Manage inventory of environmental supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and proper usage to ensure compliance with KPIs.
- Ensure all environmental services equipment is well-maintained and operational.
- Prepare reports for management as required.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Prepare and submit reports on cleaning activities and team performance to management.
