Senior Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Description

ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking an experienced Senior Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Qatar. As a Senior Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and orderliness within our facilities. You will lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service delivery.

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including room attendants and public area cleaners.
  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to maintain high-quality service.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure special requests and VIP amenities are handled appropriately.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in planning and executing special housekeeping projects, such as deep cleaning schedules or renovation activities.
  • Prepare and manage housekeeping budgets and reports.

Required Profile

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience at least 5 Years as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using housekeeping management software, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of cleaning protocols, safety regulations, and sanitation standards.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
