As a Senior Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and orderliness within our facilities. You will lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service delivery.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including room attendants and public area cleaners.
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to maintain high-quality service.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure special requests and VIP amenities are handled appropriately.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in planning and executing special housekeeping projects, such as deep cleaning schedules or renovation activities.
- Prepare and manage housekeeping budgets and reports.
