Job Description

ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking an experienced Housing Services Officer to join our dedicated team in Qatar. As a Housing Services Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing housing services, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality support and accommodation. Your responsibilities will include coordinating housing operations, liaising with service providers, and maintaining compliance with local regulations.

  • Manage and oversee daily housing unit inspections, handovers, exit clearances, and housekeeping observations.
  • Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Maintain records and documentation related to housing services and residents.
  • Ensure compliance with local housing regulations and standards.
  • Address and resolve resident inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections of housing facilities to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
  • Keeping administrative records up to date and securely.
  • Interacting with residents to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve housing services and resident satisfaction.
  • Monitoring the quality of services provided by the stakeholders.

Required Profile

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in housing services and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification from a reputed university.
  • Proven Minimum 5 years of experience in housing services or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of local housing regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage in a diverse environment with a focus on customer services.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for housing management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong leadership and motivating skills including the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
