Outreach Program Coordinator

Job Description

ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking an experienced Outreach Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Qatar. As an Outreach Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and managing community outreach programs that align with our organizational goals. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and evaluation of these programs.

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to raise awareness and promote the organization as a regional and international leader in bilingual debate.
  • Manage public relations activities, brand messaging, and media engagement to enhance visibility.
  • Design and execute outreach programs, campaigns, and events that align with organizational objectives.
  • Engage with community organizations, schools, universities, and other stakeholders to increase program reach.
  •  Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with company objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with partners, community groups, and institutional stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach programs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate program outcomes to management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations and partners.
  • Manage program budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Track and evaluate the performance and impact of outreach and communication initiatives.

Required Profile

We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in project management and community engagement. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing or, equivalent qualification from a reputed university.
  • Professional at least 5 years of experience in outreach program coordination or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
