- Conduct thorough analysis of human capital data to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve workforce planning, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with overarching business goals and performance metrics.
- Prepare detailed HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of HR strategies and programs, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices in human capital management and workforce analytics.
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle processes including onboarding, contract renewals, and offboarding across budgeted, non-budgeted, and non-worker categories, ensuring accuracy in data cleansing, strict document control, effective user training, and the creation and maintenance of system guides to support compliance and operational excellence.
