ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Governance Administrator to join our dynamic team in Qatar. As a key player in our Administration and Secretariat department, you will be responsible for ensuring effective governance frameworks and processes are in place, supporting the organization’s strategic goals. Your expertise will guide the development and implementation of governance policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive governance frameworks and policies that align with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal governance standards, proactively identifying and addressing any gaps.
- Coordinate and manage governance-related meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and documenting minutes with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide expert advice and support on governance matters to senior management and key stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Monitor governance performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to enhance governance effectiveness and transparency.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to ensure alignment and adherence to governance protocols.
- Assist in the implementation and upkeep of critical governance documentation, such as Delegation of Authority Policies and Governance Manuals, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
- Contribute to the management of a centralized governance documentation database and portal, promoting standardization and alignment across multiple entities.
- Participate in organizational governance assessments, including conducting gap analyses and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating governance workshops aimed at increasing employees’ understanding and engagement with governance principles.
- Support and execute corporate governance special projects designed to foster governance excellence and best practices.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by the Corporate Governance Manager, ensuring compliance with established standards and guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of governance trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to continuously enhance governance processes.
