Job Description
1. Maintenance and Monitoring of computer networks and system loggings the queries of customers and employees
2. Analysis of call logs in order to discover any underlying issues or trends.
3. Diagnosing and solving hardware or faults.
4. Testing and evaluating new technology.
5. Performing electrical safety checks not he company's computer equipment.
6. Responding to callouts in a timely fashion.
7. Following instructions either written or in diagram form in order to set up a system or fix a fault.
8. Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
9. set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
10. Prioritise and manage many open cases at one time.
11. Day to day monitoring of EVMC systems HVMS, LIMS, PACS.
