Business Analyst
- Conduct detailed business analysis to understand and document business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Develop comprehensive business models and workflows.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and document business requirements.
- Work closely with IT teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Responsible for providing end to end coordination and support to the Director on all related matters, projects and other important initiatives, by attending all meetings and to ensure that any communications are relayed on a regular basis to the concerned parties for immediate action and follow-up.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with consulting industry practices and methodologies is a plus.
