Executive Assistant

Job Description

  • Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments and travel arrangements.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.

  • Draft, edit, and proofread emails, presentations, reports, and other business correspondence.

  • Serve as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes recording, and follow-up actions.

  • Assist with project tracking, task management, and follow-ups on deadlines and deliverables.

  • Maintain and organize digital and paper files, ensuring records are current and easily accessible.

  • Liaise with departments to support cross-functional coordination and communication.

  • Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and procurement requests on behalf of the executive.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).

  • 2–5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools.

  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.

  • Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
