Job Description

Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments and travel arrangements.

Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Draft, edit, and proofread emails, presentations, reports, and other business correspondence.

Serve as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes recording, and follow-up actions.

Assist with project tracking, task management, and follow-ups on deadlines and deliverables.

Maintain and organize digital and paper files, ensuring records are current and easily accessible.

Liaise with departments to support cross-functional coordination and communication.

Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and procurement requests on behalf of the executive.
