Senior Administrator/Coordinator
- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficient office management.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring they remain updated and accessible.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and other communication materials.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless workflow.
- Support the HR department with onboarding and training of new staff.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- To oversee department administration including scheduling, payments and all internal administrative processes. To coordinate committees, delegations and meetings for the department ensuring confidentiality and effective stakeholder management.
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role.
- Candidate Must Hold Undergraduate degree.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience in financial reporting and budgeting is a plus.
- Internal Company's training requirements for systems usage and adherence to business processes.
- Seasoned administration skills efficiency and effective time management strong organization capabilities; effective communication and stakeholder relations.
