Senior Administrator/Coordinator

Job Description

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficient office management.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring they remain updated and accessible.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and other communication materials.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Support the HR department with onboarding and training of new staff.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • To oversee department administration including scheduling, payments and all internal administrative processes. To coordinate committees, delegations and meetings for the department ensuring confidentiality and effective stakeholder management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role.
  • Candidate Must Hold Undergraduate degree. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Experience in financial reporting and budgeting is a plus.
  • Internal Company's training requirements for systems usage and adherence to business processes.
  • Seasoned administration skills efficiency and effective time management strong organization capabilities; effective communication and stakeholder relations.
