ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking a dynamic and motivated Community and Social Coordinator to join our team in Qatar. This role is pivotal in fostering a vibrant community environment and enhancing social engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing community programs, managing social media platforms, and building relationships with stakeholders to promote our educational and social policy initiatives.
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies to foster a strong community presence.
- Organize and manage the inventory of Student Enrichment Program (SEP) activities, to ensure an adequate supply of assets to be used for running SEP.
- Coordinate and organize community events and workshops to promote educational and social initiatives.
- Manage the bookings for SEP staff assets from Client schools, to will coordinate the communication and requests from Client Schools to connect to SEP staff members.
- Monitor and report on community engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of programs.
- Assisting on procurement and operational processes, coordinating to execute SEP hub, programs, and events.
- Assisting on events running, responsible for supervision of students, and child protection reporting.
- Manage the registration and communication with clients for SEP hub, programs, and events, responsible for front facing communication and registration of clients and guardians.
- Manage the payment and invoicing of all clients of SEP hub, programs, and events, responsible for tracking revenue generated, and coordinating with team members to ensure alignment with budgets.
- Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, partners, and stakeholders.
