- Bachelors in hotel management or equivalent qualification from a reputed university. 1.Minimum 8 years' experience at an equivalent position in a reputed catering company or 5-star hotel

9. Financial, budgeting and stock-taking skills Knowledge of food, food hygiene (including HACCP & ISO 22000) and food preparation.

1. Fire Warden Training
2. Certified First Aider Training
3. Minimum food safety level 4 certification
4. ISO 22000 certified internal auditor
5. Minimum HACCP level 4 certification
