Job Description
Summary.
In this role, you will provide technical assistance, support, Maintenance to related of the
computer system, software and hardware, environment by analyzing requirements, resolving
problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting the internal IT System
Administrator. You will be responsible for administration and internal support.
key Duties & Responsibilities
1.Well-known infrastructure task regarding OS windows, Mac, NLB, Raid controller, NAS
storage, Blade Server’s, Rack server, and Backup devices. Patch Management, Exchange
server, Office 365 E5, EDR.
2.Patching workstation based on the company policy.
3.Need to follow best practice guideline all manners with Help Security Admin in developing
system level policies, procedures best practice and hardening of servers.
4.ITIL and MOF framework well knowledge, Document and follow internal procedures.
5.Well, know about Antivirus End point & EDR solution and international standard products
6.Well knowledge experienced MAC OS, Mobile devices well knowledge.
7.Need to handle daily operations. Give priority assign task, pending work
8.Report needs to submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity
9.Need to maintain check list daily base and improve accordingly
10.Maintain inventory of all datacentre equipment and cloud, software and licenses All
applications licenses and hardware’s, warranty need to renewal before expiring in advance
Office 365 E5, MS Team, One Drive, MS PowerPoint, Visio.
11.Install, test, and configure new workstations, servers, network devices peripheral
equipment and software.
12.Whenever require as per emergency to late stay in office for assign task or pending work
need to complete even holiday.
13.Monitor Setup for optimum performance, deviations from normal system behaviour and act
according.
14.Take part in integration scenarios as and when need
15.Support Line-of-business (LOB) Application
16.Print servers need to manage.
17.Evaluate, Test, and deploy Infrastructure component’s hot fixes, services pack, and
upgrade, Perform timely workstation, servers, hardware network devices
18.Offboarding and Onboarding task should complete.
Education & Qualification.
1. Educational certification bachelor’s degree in information technology
2. Number of years’ experience 03 years to 06 years
3.Candidates need to have Microsoft certification System Administrator, Email
Administrator.
4. ITIL v4 certification of candidate or any similar framework.
