Key accountabilities and Responsibilities
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR and Payroll (D365 F&O) Functional consultant.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR and Payroll (D365 F&O) module user support and user training.
• As a D365 HR and Payroll functional consultant, you will work closely with both QT PM and
Vendor to define requirements, perform fit gap analysis, define, and document business
processes, and train and support business users.
• You will be working with our business users’ team and stakeholders to achieve business
objectives through innovative solutions that align people, processes, and technology in F&O
project implementations.
• Analytical skills to identify and streamline HR and Payroll processes
• Proficiency in managing and ensuring the accuracy of HR and Payroll data
Responsibilities:
• Resource will be reporting to QT PM and will be responsible to execute any tasks given by QT
PM.
• Support to internal and external users for all IT application. Primarily for Microsoft D-365 ERP
• Resource should be capable of doing Techno-functional tasks for mainly HR and Payroll
modules additional Finance and procurement modules added advantage.
• Resources should be working from 8:00am to 4:00pm, Qatar time or shift given by QT IT
manager.
• Provide onsite English techno functional support to users - internal and external.
• Expertise in configuring and deploying Dynamics 365 HR and Payroll modules to streamline
and automate HR processes, payroll management, and workforce planning.
• Proficient in analysing and improving HR workflows, including recruitment, employee
onboarding, performance management, and offboarding, to align with business strategies.
• Extensive experience in configuring payroll systems to ensure accurate payroll processing, tax
calculations, and compliance with local, regional, and international labour laws and regulations
Skilled in migrating HR and payroll data from legacy systems into Dynamics 365 HR and
integrating with other Microsoft products such as Dynamics 365 Finance, Power BI, and third party payroll systems.
• Strong capabilities in implementing and managing modules related to employee records, leave
management, time tracking, benefits administration, and performance reviews.
• Proficient in leveraging Power Automate to automate HR tasks and workflows, Power BI to
generate actionable insights and reports, and Power Apps to develop custom HR applications.
• Expertise in setting up compensation structures, bonuses, allowances, and benefits
management in Dynamics 365 HR, ensuring alignment with company policies and budget.
• Skilled in developing advanced reports and dashboards using SSRS, Power BI, and built-in
reporting tools to provide HR and payroll insights for strategic decision-making.
• Proven ability to manage the full project life cycle for HR and payroll implementations,
ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Adept at providing comprehensive user training, documentation, and ongoing support to
ensure successful adoption of the HR and payroll systems by clients.
• Strong experience in managing organizational change, engaging with key stakeholders, and
ensuring seamless transitions during system implementations.
• In-depth experience in conducting functional and technical testing for HR and payroll modules
to ensure accurate system performance, data integrity, and compliance.
• Strong skills in collaborating with clients to understand their specific HR needs, providing
tailored solutions, and resolving system issues to enhance operational efficiency
• Utilize QT ticketing system.
• Create ticket in case user report by Email/Walk-in.
• Update detailed resolutions for each ticket.
• Update root cause for each ticket
• Build the needed Knowledgebase.
• Implement minor changes in the system.
• Need to work closely with QT IT team & business team.
• Eliminate repeated incidents resulting from any customization by applying appropriate bug
fixes/enhancement to the application.
• Proactively detects and resolves incidents and problems.
• Simplify the management of the underlying heterogeneous IT environment.
• Setup knowledge base for frequently asked questions.
• Interact with Technology Vendor and Level 3 Support team for providing necessary problem
details.
• Quality testing, Integration testing and deployment for tickets closed by L3.
• Ensure that Support Services are delivered in a consistent and with a secure manner.
• Conduct causes analysis for the repeated incident to prevent it from recurring.
• Control changes in the production environment to minimize the impact on the IT services.
• Achieve complete Configuration Management Database for in scope services.
• Support QT in performing capacity management of the underlying environment for in scope
services.
• Provide end-user training and end-user support throughout the implementation.
• Utilize ERP implementation standards and tools/documents.
Participating in and lead workshops uncovering requirements to efficiently implement D365
HR & Payroll
• Work collaboratively with a team encompassing many different backgrounds and experience
levels.
• Manage and document business and system processes making use of Microsoft cloud-based
tools including Lifecycle Services and Azure Dev Ops
• Ability to learn and stay current with Microsoft technology to enhance the client’s experience
with new and upcoming features.
• Provide daily user support and troubleshooting of issues.
• Must be able to QA test, implementation work & development work and to ensure business
requirements are met.
• Create and develop design specifications including gap/fit analysis documentation.
• If required design, test, and implement customizations.
• Configure Dynamics 365 environment to meet client requirement
Basic qualifications:
• At least two full life cycle successful implementation of Dynamics 365 for HR & Payroll
• 4 or more years of successful Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations implementation
experience and ability to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of ERP systems and
implementation processes.
• Total Minimum 4+ years of implementation experience using Microsoft D365 HR & Payroll and
/ or previous versions of Dynamics AX.
• Experience working within medium to large public enterprises.
• Worked on Agile development methodologies or having knowledge.
• Understanding of multiple ERP - HR and Payroll modules
• Desire to learn, grow, and exceed internal and client expectations
Preferred qualifications:
• Bachelors or Master’s degree.
• Minimum of two Microsoft HR & Payroll D365 certifications (Not Mandatory)
• Demonstrate ability to take initiative and contribute to the various teams to improve
methodology.
• At least 4-6 years of experience D365 HR & Payroll module.
