We are looking for a Business Applications Expert with expertise in designing, implementing, and
optimizing business application solutions across different business areas using Microsoft
technologies. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of business processes, system architecture, customization, integrations, and Power Platform to drive digital
transformation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions within different
technologies.
• Provide recommendations on best practices, process improvements, and automation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT, finance, and all operations) to align with
business goals.
• Can lead the implementation and configuration of Business Applications
• Customize entities, fields, forms, views, workflows, and business processes within D365.
• Expert knowledge of system upgrades and apply Microsoft patches/releases.
• Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate,
Power BI, Dataverse).
• Expert knowledge in custom plugins, JavaScript, .NET extensions, and workflows for
enhanced functionality.
• Expert knowledge Integration knowledge of Dynamics 365 with external systems via REST
APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Dataverse.
• Design and led implementation of microservices-based solutions to extend Dynamics 365
functionality.
• Expert knowledge of containerized applications using Docker & Kubernetes.
• Expert knowledge API gateways, load balancers, and service mesh for seamless
microservices communication.
• Design and lead implementation of serverless solutions (Azure Functions).
• Design and manage data models, entities, and relationships within Dynamics 365.
• Expert knowledge of Power BI dashboards and reports for data visualization.
• Implement data migration strategies using tools like Data Export Service, SSIS, and Azure
Data Factory.
• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity within Dataverse (CDS).
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure services, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and third-party
applications
Design and leads Azure OpenAI-based solutions, including GPT models, embeddings, and
AI-powered applications.
• Build and fine-tune custom AI models using Azure OpenAI APIs for text generation,
summarization, and NLP tasks.
• Develop AI-driven chatbots, virtual assistants, and document intelligence solutions using
Azure AI services.
• Customize and extend Microsoft Copilot for enterprise applications (e.g., Microsoft 365,
Power Platform, Dynamics 365).
• Develop and deploy Copilot Studio applications to automate workflows and enhance user
experience.
• Integrate Copilot AI features into Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook to improve
collaboration and efficiency.
• Optimize AI workloads on Azure Machine Learning (Azure ML) and Azure Cognitive
Services.
• Ensure secure and scalable AI deployments using Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes
Service (AKS), and Azure DevOps.
• Work with Azure OpenAI embeddings for enterprise knowledge search and document
automation.
• Implement best practices for AI governance, responsible AI, and ethical AI usage.
• Ensure data privacy, compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.), and security in AI-driven
applications.
• Monitor and maintain AI solutions, ensuring performance, accuracy, and reliability.
• Utilize Azure Logic Apps, API Management, and Service Bus for seamless integrations.
• Work with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for deploying updates and managing environments.
• Ensure system scalability, high availability, and compliance with security policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, system bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Conduct training sessions and user adoption programs for end-users.
• Develop technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Provide ongoing support and post-implementation maintenance
Technical Skills:
• 9+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business and custom Applications
• Strong expertise in Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse/CDS).
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and TypeScript for D365 customizations.
• Experience with SQL Server, SSRS, and FetchXML for reporting.
Knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth, OData, and Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API
Management).
• Experience with ERP & CRM workflows, security roles, and business process automation.
• Understanding of Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and ALM for managing D365 solutions.
• Strong knowledge of business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Service.
• Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Ability to work closely with stakeholders and provide functional consulting.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Project Management Skills:
• Experience in IT project management, including scope definition, budgeting, and risk
management.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure successful project delivery.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Manage Engine Service Desk Plus, Microsoft
Project, Trello).
• Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, and change
management.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business
Technology, or a related field.
• 14+ years of experience in business applications management, IT consulting, or enterprise
software solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in project management (IT/software-related projects).
• Experience working in enterprise IT environments supporting large-scale business
applications.
• Resource will be reporting to QT PM and will be responsible to execute any tasks given by
QT PM.
Preferred Certifications (Not Mandatory)
• Certification on AI technology
• Certification on BI technology
• Microsoft Business application solution architect
• Azure Solution Architect.
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
