Job Description

ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking a skilled SharePoint & K2 Platform Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. This permanent, full-time position is based in Qatar and requires an experienced professional to manages and supports the organization’s SharePoint and K2 environments. The role focuses on ensuring system stability, Servicesflow functionality, and user access control while facilitating collaboration and automation initiatives.

  • Administer and maintain SharePoint and K2 platforms to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Administer SharePoint sites, permissions, and content libraries.
  • Manage K2 environment configurations and deploy Servicesflow solutions.
  • Optimize cloud resource utilization and support cost monitoring and capacity planning.
  • Participation in project delivery, production support, system upgrades, and migration activities.
  • Involvement in Agile ceremonies, release management, and solution governance processes
  • Implement and manage security protocols to safeguard data integrity and access.
  • Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and monitor routines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with users to improve document collaboration processes.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular system audits and generate reports for management review.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users to enhance system utilization. Ensure system security, scalability, and integration with ERP/EDRMS.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate new technologies as needed.

Required Profile

We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in managing SharePoint and K2 platforms. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • K2 Five Core Certification preferred.
  • Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform certifications are highly desirabe.
  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise application development, business process automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Extensive experience with Nintex K2, SharePoint Online, and SharePoint Server platforms.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:

    • SPFx

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and security protocols.
  • Experience with hybrid SharePoint and Active Directory integration.
  • Experience delivering workflow automation, document management, and enterprise collaboration solutions.
  • Experience integrating Microsoft solutions with ERP, Oracle, HRMS, and third-party applications.
  • Strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and solution design skills.
  • Experience working within Agile and DevOps delivery models.
