Summary
The Direct Sales Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and developing a team of Direct Sales Officers to achieve sales targets for the bank’s retail products. Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and implement direct sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Lead and motivate the direct sales team to drive business growth and product penetration.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching and corrective action when needed.
Team Management
- Train, and supervise Direct Sales Officers.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure continuous skill development.
- Schedule and coordinate field activities, campaigns, and customer visits.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients, corporate partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Recommend new initiatives to increase sales volume and improve customer acquisition.
Operational & Compliance Responsibilities
- Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory guidelines and bank policies.
- Review and verify customer documentation prior to submission.
- Maintain accurate and updated reports on sales performance, pipelines, and forecasts.
Customer Experience
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
