Stock Control Analyst

Job Description

ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking an experienced Stock Control Analyst to join our team in Qatar. This permanent, full-time position is to provide operational assistance in planning and development of daily Supply Chain activities, proper network-based inventory management and control, ensure accurate receiving, warehousing, distribution, expediting, logistics and quality of supplies, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Assists in developing plan of inventory management, warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Monitors and supports daily warehousing activities according to assigned schedules.
  • Assists in maintaining proper network-based inventory management by updating, creating, and tracking for visibility of inventory data throughout supply chain.
  • Monitors items information entered in the system and ensuring authorized approvals are obtained.
  • Monitors inspection of goods and receipts and following up discrepancies and damage items.
  • Lease with investigation committee for items deficiency and damage.
  • Monitors purchase orders, delivery dates, changes in orders/supplies and returns.
  • Provides support in expediting purchased orders, customs clearance and insurance claims.
  • Liaise with end-users for item consumption requests and any information related to goods for evaluation
  • Notifies end-users for any delays in delivery of supplies.
  • Monitors physical counts of inventory and ensure accuracy of quantities and values.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.      

Required Profile

We are looking for a skilled professional with a proven track record in stock control and logistics. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Diploma in Business Administration or related filed.
  • Minimum 4 Years of Professional experience in stock control, logistics, administration or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Time Management Attention to Detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking).
