Administrative Assistant (Arabic Speaker Female)

Job Description

ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant (Arabic Speaker Female) to join our team in Qatar. This full-time, permanent position ill provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of daily office activities. The role requires a high level of organization, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion while supporting management and internal teams.

  • Perform daily administrative duties, including filing, documentation, data entry, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, calendars for management and senior staff, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, memos, and internal communications as required.
  • Maintain office supplies, inventory, and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and general HR-related administrative tasks when needed.
  • Ensure efficient day-to-day office operations and provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Profile

We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and qualifications to excel in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field..
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a front-office or client-facing role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and data.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a corporate, financial, or professional services environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
