ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant (Arabic Speaker Female) to join our team in Qatar. This full-time, permanent position ill provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of daily office activities. The role requires a high level of organization, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion while supporting management and internal teams.
- Perform daily administrative duties, including filing, documentation, data entry, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, calendars for management and senior staff, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, memos, and internal communications as required.
- Maintain office supplies, inventory, and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Assist with onboarding documentation and general HR-related administrative tasks when needed.
- Ensure efficient day-to-day office operations and provide general administrative support to the team.
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
