The Banking Sales / Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of clients by providing tailored banking and investment solutions. This role combines relationship management, advisory services, and solution-oriented selling to drive revenue growth and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients.
- Identify clients’ financial needs and offer tailored solutions, including loans, deposits, investment products, and digital banking services.
- Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and up-selling of banking products.
- Acquire new clients via networking, referrals, and business development initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving queries and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, credit, compliance) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor client accounts for compliance and risk, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales performance using CRM tools.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, client feedback, and pipeline status.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience in Qatar, preferably as a Banker or Relationship Manager.
- Proven client portfolio with strong relationship management and business development skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and performance-oriented with a strong earning mindset.
- Solid sales background with expertise in investment and wealth management products.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and professional advisory skills.
