Bancassurance Telesales

The role is responsible for telesales of bancassurance products, focusing on achieving assigned revenue and performance targets while maximizing cross-selling opportunities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set for the Bancassurance Telesales function.

  • Meet assigned revenue targets for telesales activities.

  • Attend to customer and prospective customer queries and requests promptly to ensure timely conversion opportunities.

  • Maintain a friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor during all telephone interactions.

  • Contact existing and prospective customers generated through marketing campaigns, customer lists, and referrals to achieve sales targets.

  • Effectively explain, promote, and sell bancassurance products using strong sales and communication techniques.

  • Handle customer objections, provide clarifications, and support customers throughout the sales process to maximize results.

  • Understand and follow telesales processes to ensure efficient and compliant sales through telephone channels.

  • Possess sound knowledge of telesales within the insurance and/or banking industry.

  • Maintain strong product knowledge and the ability to clearly explain product features and benefits.

  • Demonstrate working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Outlook and MS Excel.

  • Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality to safeguard customer information.

  • Proficiency in computer systems and related applications.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
