The role is responsible for telesales of bancassurance products, focusing on achieving assigned revenue and performance targets while maximizing cross-selling opportunities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set for the Bancassurance Telesales function.

Meet assigned revenue targets for telesales activities.

Attend to customer and prospective customer queries and requests promptly to ensure timely conversion opportunities.

Maintain a friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor during all telephone interactions.

Contact existing and prospective customers generated through marketing campaigns, customer lists, and referrals to achieve sales targets.

Effectively explain, promote, and sell bancassurance products using strong sales and communication techniques.

Handle customer objections, provide clarifications, and support customers throughout the sales process to maximize results.

Understand and follow telesales processes to ensure efficient and compliant sales through telephone channels.

Possess sound knowledge of telesales within the insurance and/or banking industry.

Maintain strong product knowledge and the ability to clearly explain product features and benefits.

Demonstrate working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Outlook and MS Excel.
