• Coordinate daily food deliveries from the cloud kitchen
• Assign and track delivery orders with delivery partners/riders
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage order readiness
• Handle delivery-related issues, delays, or customer complaints
• Maintain delivery records and daily reports
· Experience in delivery coordination or logistics (F&B experience preferred)
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel or order management systems
