Restaurant Manager

Job Description:

 

·        Oversee daily kitchen operations

·        Manage kitchen and service staff schedules and performance

·        Ensure food quality, consistency, and hygiene standards

·        Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost control

·        Coordinate with delivery, logistics, and procurement teams

·        Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues

·        Ensure compliance with food safety and company policies

·        Maintain daily reports and operational records

Preferred Qualifications:

 

·        Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role

·        Strong leadership and team management skills

·        Knowledge of F&B operations and food safety standards

·        Good communication and problem-solving skills

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
