We are hiring for a polite, organized and customer-focused Receptionist. The candidate will manage incoming calls, take food orders, and support daily communication to ensure excellent customer service and smooth coordination between customers, kitchen staff, and delivery partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Handling:

Receive and answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner

Take food orders accurately and confirm order details with customers

Respond to customer inquiries about menu items, prices, offers, and delivery times

Handle customer complaints or issues calmly and escalate when necessary
Order Management:

Enter orders correctly into the POS/order management system

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders

Communicate with delivery partners regarding pickup and delivery status

Update customers on delays or changes in their orders
Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in call center, reception, or food service role preferred

Strong communication skills in English and Arabic

Basic computer knowledge (POS systems, MS Excel, or order apps)

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
