Job Description
1. Analyze small and large volumes of internal data to produce meaningful insights that support business decisions.
2. Explore internal datasets to identify potential use cases and insights that can be packaged for external partners as part of data monetization initiatives.
3. Work closely with commercial teams to understand their objectives and recommend data-based solutions.
4. Prepare reports and analysis on core telecom KPIs, including customer acquisition, churn, recharges, and campaign performance.
5. Support marketing and commercial campaigns through structured testing approaches such as A/B testing.
6. Apply basic statistical and analytical techniques to answer business questions.
7. Independently manage assigned tasks and projects, taking ownership from analysis through to delivery.
