We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Director of Poultry Production to lead and manage an egg production facility. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational aspects of poultry production, ensuring efficiency, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in poultry farming, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage large-scale production operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily administrative operations of the poultry farm and egg production facility.
• Plan, organize, and manage production schedules to meet quality and output targets.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production and staff management.
• Monitor production performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and biosecurity regulations.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate administrative records.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of farm staff.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in poultry production, preferably in egg production.
• Senior-level experience with strong leadership and administrative skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agriculture, Animal Science, Poultry Science, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
