We are looking for a Nutrition Engineer specializing in Food Manufacturing and Food Technology to support food production and quality operations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in food formulation, production optimization, and compliance with food safety standards. This role is crucial for ensuring high-quality product standards and efficient production processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee food manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Develop and optimize food formulations, production methods, and technology processes.
• Conduct nutritional analysis and ensure products meet regulatory and market requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers, production, and quality teams to maintain high standards.
• Implement and monitor food safety, hygiene, and quality control protocols.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and maintain accurate records.
• Provide technical support for product innovation, testing, and problem-solving.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing, food technology, or nutrition
engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Nutrition, Food Technology, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of food production, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in production optimization and process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and handle administrative and technical tasks.
