•Work closely with procurement, user department, and operations teams to ensure cataloguing is consistent with operational requirements and technical specifications.
•Prepare and maintain technical documentation and databases related to catalogued equipment and materials, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
•Conduct regular audits of catalogued items and implement improvements to ensure accuracy and efficiency in cataloguing processes.
•Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to update and validate catalogued items, including the addition of new equipment and materials.
•Provide technical support and guidance to cross-functional teams regarding cataloguing practices, ensuring alignment with project and operational requirements.
•Maintain a robust system for tracking part numbers, descriptions, and lifecycle status of catalogued equipment.
•Assist in the development and optimization of cataloguing procedures to meet the dynamic needs of the oil and gas industry.
•Ensure all cataloguing work is following applicable safety and regulatory standards, as well as internal procedures.
