ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking a dedicated and experienced Consumer Protection Researcher to join our team in Qatar. As a Consumer Protection Researcher, you will primarily focus on conducting research and analysis to support the Consumer Protection efforts in enhancing consumer rights and regulatory measures within the postal sector. This role will involve data analysis, research, complaints handling, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research on consumer trends, regulations, and industry best practices to provide insights for the enhancement of consumer protection strategies.
- Assist in the analysis of data related to consumer complaints and service issues to identify patterns and potential areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to prepare comprehensive reports and presentations based on research findings and data analysis.
- Assist in handling postal sector complaints and inquiries and get in direct interaction with the postal sector consumers.
- Support the development of educational materials and outreach programs aimed at enhancing consumer awareness and protection in the postal sector in collaboration with the consumer awareness and research section.
- Assist in maintaining communication with relevant stakeholders and internal teams to ensure effective implementation of consumer protection measures.
