ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking an experienced Digital Channels and User Experience Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a key player in our Quality Management sector, you will be responsible for enhancing and optimizing our digital channels to ensure an exceptional user experience. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and evaluate digital strategies that align with our business goals.
- Develop and execute digital channel strategies to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Analyse user feedback and data to drive continuous improvement in digital experiences.
- Ensure digital content is consistent with brand guidelines and optimized for various platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our digital channels competitive
- Contribute to managing the user experience enhancement projects with the digital channels’ vendors based on the public and internal users’ feedback
- Support in doing the UAT of the consumer affairs systems and digital channels.
- Support in creating and managing digital content such as social media posts, and applications/ channels content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to get business requirements to optimize the user experience and arrange testing and training sessions.
- Engaging with vendors during the project management process.
- Evaluate customer experience across multiple channels.
- Coordinate with the stakeholders regarding any assigned consumer affairs initiatives or projects. Including arranging meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and follow-ups.
- Train the internal and external users of the consumer affairs CRM system.
- Contribute to handling regulatory complaints from consumers, especially (but not limited to) complaints that come through the digital channels.
