Administrative Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily administrative tasks and office operations.
  • Support management with scheduling, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Maintain organized records and files.
  • Assist with internal and external communication as required.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration, Business, or related field.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Efficient in email management and official correspondence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative coordination.
