We are seeking a Consumer Protection Researcher to join postal sector team in Qatar. The role focuses on improving consumer protection by analyzing trends, handling complaints, and supporting outreach programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on consumer trends, postal regulations, and best practices to enhance consumer protection.
- Analyze data on consumer complaints and postal service issues to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries based on research findings and data analysis.
- Handle consumer complaints and inquiries, engaging directly with postal service consumers and providers.
- Support the development of educational materials and awareness programs for consumers.
- Assist in maintaining communication with stakeholders to implement consumer protection measures effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Public Policy, Law, Social Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle consumer complaints and inquiries professionally.
- Experience in preparing reports, presentations, and educational materials.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of postal regulations, consumer protection frameworks, or related policies.
- Experience in outreach or consumer awareness programs.
