Collect, classify, and analyze legal data relevant to the postal sector to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Preparing Legal Reports

Design and produce periodic and specialized reports, incorporating key performance indicators (KPIs) and legal risk assessments.

Developing Analytical Models

Propose and implement analytical tools to monitor cases, disputes, and regulatory compliance effectively.

Improving Databases

Enhance the quality, accuracy, and integrity of legal databases to support reliable analyses.

Supporting Decision-Making

Provide actionable, data-driven insights and recommendations to inform strategic legal decisions.

Coordinating with Stakeholders

Collaborate with legal teams and other departments to ensure reporting consistency and alignment with organizational requirements.

Team Training & Knowledge Transfer

Build the capacity of the Legal Affairs Unit by training team members on best practices in data analysis, reporting, and use of analytical tools.
