We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Supervisor (Metering) to oversee and ensure the quality and compliance of metering systems and related operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA/QC practices within utility or metering environments, along with proven supervisory experience and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage QA/QC activities related to metering systems and operations.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to quality assurance and quality control procedures.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC reports, documentation, and records.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members on quality standards and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal quality management systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in QA/QC, with at least some supervisory experience.
- Proven experience in QA/QC for metering systems or utility-related projects.
- Certification in ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent QA/QC standards.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes, inspections, and testing methods.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in utility sectors (electricity, water, or gas).
- Familiarity with audit processes and compliance requirements.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
