To supervise and inspect plumbing and water installation activities, ensuring all work is completed in compliance with approved standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide plumbing installation teams on-site to ensure efficient execution of work
- Inspect water and plumbing installations to ensure compliance with quality standards and local regulations
- Monitor daily progress of installation activities and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and other stakeholders to resolve site-related issues
- Identify and troubleshoot technical problems related to plumbing systems and water connections
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and regulatory requirements at all times
- Verify proper installation of water meters and connections in line with local standards
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, work progress, and site activities
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports and relevant documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant plumbing field experience
- At least 3 years in a supervisory or site inspection role
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and water distribution networks
- Familiarity with local plumbing codes and water meter connection standards
- Ability to supervise teams and manage on-site operations
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain documentation
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety compliance
