To perform quality assurance and quality control activities for metering systems, ensuring all meters are inspected, tested, and compliant with technical and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and test utility meters to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance with QA/QC standards
- Perform quality checks on installed meters and related metering systems
- Identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities in metering equipment
- Ensure all metering activities comply with approved technical specifications and safety standards
- Document inspection results, test reports, and QA/QC findings accurately
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve meter-related issues
- Support calibration and validation of meters where required
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of testing tools and equipment
- Assist in implementing QA/QC procedures and standards
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certification in QA/QC, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in QA/QC roles
- Experience in metering systems.
