The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support to ensure the smooth execution of the MD’s daily operations, meetings, communications, and business priorities. The role requires discretion, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure proper follow-ups
- Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the MD
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
- Track action items and follow up with departments on deadlines
- Support MD in daily business operations and coordination tasks
- Arrange travel, hotel bookings, visas, and logistics
- Maintain confidential files, records, and documents
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas and minutes
- Support in business reporting and data collection from departments
- Ensure smooth communication between MD and all departments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Secretary supporting senior management
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities

- Experience supporting MD / CEO / senior executives
- Strong presentation preparation skills
- Experience in corporate or GCC environment
