Government Relations Representative

Key Responsibilities

1. Government Services Coordination

  • Coordinate and manage all government-related services, transactions, and communications on behalf of the organization
  • Act as the primary liaison with government authorities and ensure timely processing of permits, approvals, registrations, and official documentation
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and administrative requirements
  • Track all submissions, approvals, and renewals to ensure timely follow-up and avoid delays or service interruptions
  • Maintain accurate records of all government-related activities and correspondence
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance in all interactions

2. Office Correspondence Management

  • Receive, record, distribute, and dispatch official incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Maintain organized tracking systems for letters, memos, emails, and official documents
  • Ensure proper filing, archiving, and retrieval of records
  • Support internal and external communication flow efficiently
  • Follow established administrative procedures and documentation standards
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information

3. Executive & Transportation Support

  • Provide secure and professional transportation support when required
  • Ensure timely and safe movement of executive staff
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism during all assignments

4. Events & Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate executive entry and participation in official events
  • Manage logistics, scheduling, and security arrangements
  • Ensure smooth and efficient execution of event-related activities

5. Confidentiality & Information Security

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive organizational information
  • Handle government and executive documents with highest level of discretion
  • Ensure compliance with internal confidentiality policies and standards

6. Additional Duties

  • Support other administrative and operational tasks as required
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to evolving organizational needs
  • Contribute effectively to various office functions and initiatives

Qualifications

Education

  • High School Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or related field

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in government relations, administrative support, or related field
