We are looking for a proactive IT Support (Roving / Floor Support) professional to ensure smooth IT operations across the service center by providing hands-on, on-the-spot technical assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively walk the service center floor to identify and resolve IT issues before they are logged as tickets
- Provide immediate support for urgent or high-severity incidents affecting multiple agents
- Perform quick hardware replacements and swaps (e.g., headsets, cables, peripherals, and related devices)
- Support supervisors and managers with day-to-day IT-related requirements
- Ensure minimal disruption to operations through fast response and proactive issue resolution
Requirements
Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in desktop support or field services
Languages:
- Bilingual in Arabic and English (mandatory)
Certifications:
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification (preferred)
Key Skills:
- Hands-on troubleshooting of workstations and peripherals
- Strong understanding of desktop support environments
- Ability to provide quick, on-site technical support
- Strong communication and coordination skills
