IT Support – Roving / Floor Support

We are looking for a proactive IT Support (Roving / Floor Support) professional to ensure smooth IT operations across the service center by providing hands-on, on-the-spot technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively walk the service center floor to identify and resolve IT issues before they are logged as tickets
  • Provide immediate support for urgent or high-severity incidents affecting multiple agents
  • Perform quick hardware replacements and swaps (e.g., headsets, cables, peripherals, and related devices)
  • Support supervisors and managers with day-to-day IT-related requirements
  • Ensure minimal disruption to operations through fast response and proactive issue resolution

Requirements

Education:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in desktop support or field services

Languages:

  • Bilingual in Arabic and English (mandatory)

Certifications:

  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification (preferred)

Key Skills:

  • Hands-on troubleshooting of workstations and peripherals
  • Strong understanding of desktop support environments
  • Ability to provide quick, on-site technical support
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
