We are looking for a Direct Terminal Operations Lead to support terminal sales and revenue performance through effective promotion execution, claims administration, stakeholder coordination, and stock management.
The role will be responsible for managing sales and revenue targets for the direct terminal channel, coordinating with device manufacturers and internal stakeholders, supporting promotional activities, managing claims, and ensuring effective stock rotation and clearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales and revenue targets for the direct terminal channel.
- Coordinate with device manufacturers to understand available promotions, commercial support, and market activities.
- Develop and coordinate go-to-market plans with relevant stakeholders for approved promotions.
- Coordinate with Finance, Logistics, and other relevant teams to resolve claims and operational support requests.
- Prepare, validate, and submit claim documentation while maintaining accurate end-to-end claim reporting.
- Manage stock rotation and support the timely clearance of ageing stock.
- Monitor and provide periodic performance updates covering sales, revenue, claims, promotions, margins and stock status.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sales and operational activities.
- Support effective coordination and timely resolution of operational issues related to the direct terminal channel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in device sales and working with device manufacturers.
- Experience managing device sales across retail channels, partners, or distributors.
- Experience in claims processes, internal stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas and data analysis.
- Strong sales, negotiation, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strong accountability, interpersonal effectiveness, and adaptability to changing business priorities.
